Preserving ancient wisdom and nurturing future generations through traditional Vedic education.
Devayog Gurukul Sansthan Samiti was established by Acharya Sarvesh Siddhantacharya, who started the Gurukul in the village of Kehlari, Khandwa. What began as a small initiative with limited resources has now grown into a comprehensive educational institution dedicated to preserving and propagating Vedic knowledge through four main institutions: Gurukul Ashram, Avasiy Vedyog Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Aaryavart Kanya Gurukul Vidyapeeth, and Kamdhenu Goshala.
In the early days, the Gurukul faced numerous challenges. There was no electricity for seven years, water had to be carried from two kilometers away, and basic amenities were lacking. Despite these difficulties, Aacharya Sarvesh remained steadfast in his mission to provide free education in Sanskrit, Vedic knowledge, and traditional sciences.
Over the years, the Gurukul has expanded to include various institutions such as a Vedic library, a girls' Gurukul, an Ayurvedic treatment center, and social service centers. Through these initiatives, thousands of people have been connected to Vedic principles, and hundreds have been provided with free education, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds.
Today, under the continued guidance of Acharya Sarvesh, we uphold the ancient tradition of Guru-Shishya Parampara, where knowledge is not just transmitted but lived and experienced. Our mission continues to be the preservation and propagation of Vedic knowledge for future generations.

The early years of Devyog Gurukul were marked by significant challenges that tested the resolve and dedication of our founder and the early students. For seven long years, the gurukul operated without electricity, with students studying by the light of oil lamps and candles.
Water had to be carried from two kilometers away, and during the monsoon season, students and teachers would build wooden bridges to cross the swollen streams. Basic amenities were scarce, but the spirit of learning and dedication never wavered.
Despite these hardships, Aacharya Sarvesh remained committed to his vision of providing free education in Sanskrit and Vedic knowledge. The gurukul gradually expanded, adding new facilities and programs while maintaining its core mission of preserving traditional wisdom.
Today, the gurukul stands as a testament to the power of determination and faith. What began as a small initiative has grown into a comprehensive educational institution that continues to serve students from all backgrounds, especially those from underprivileged families.
